Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

The Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine to saveur. It is both modern and characteristic, very easy to drink and very accessible. Our 2007 Cabernet won a silver medal at the Concours de la Foire d'Avignon, our 2008 Cabernet won Gold medal at the Concours national des Vins de Pays and our new 2010 Cabernet is now available a the Château.

The nose is very expressive, having a strong cabernet aroma with black cherries and hints of spice.

Taste

It is a well rounded wine which is structured around supple unaggressive tannins. It finishes with flavours of blackfruit overlaid with hints of pepper.
